Pay By Phone
Make a payment with our automated system by calling (216) 446-6834. Please have your credit/debit card or bank account information ready when you call.
Make a payment using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) or Bank Account (Checking or Savings) online by setting up an account with us at my.clevelandwater.com where you can view and pay your bill.
Pay By Mail
Make a payment by mail with a personal check or money order, made payable to City of Cleveland. Write your account number on your check and mail your check and remittance slip in the envelope provided to:

Our front lobby is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday’s from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Tenant Deposit Window is open from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays (excluding holidays). Remember to bring your entire bill when paying in person. Please note that no cash payments can be accepted on Saturdays and if your water service has been disconnected, we cannot accept personal checks as payment to restore service during Saturday business hours.
