COMING TO YOUR HOME SOON! Beginning in January 2017 Cleveland Water will be transitioning from quarterly water bills to monthly. This change will help you better manage your household budget, track your water usage, and detect possible leaks sooner.

A report released earlier today raised questions about the levels of Chromium-6 in our drinking water. We want to assure all of our customers that your safety continues to be our top priority. Cleveland Water meets and exceeds all State and Federal drinking water standards as established by the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA), including regulations related to Chromium.
Today, is the last day to submit your STEP application. Cleveland Water and Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District work together to offer The Student Technical Enrichment Program (STEP) to students in grades 6–8. STEP is a science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) educational outreach program that provides educational experiences which heighten the interest of students in STEM.
A little tap-logged from last week’s events, our Cleveland Water buggy’s scheduled events for this upcoming weekend are a little light. That said, we’re still excited to meet you out in the community even if we need to give the buggy a little holiday.
Did you know Cleveland Water is moving to monthly billing next year? It’ll be a little transition but it’ll be Billing Made Simple once we get rolling. So, please feel free to bring your questions about monthly billing to us at events this weekend, we are tap full of answers! (See what we did there?)
